At the home of Pierre Noack in the USA, a fund-raising brunch for the african-rainbow foundation was held at the suggestion of Anna-Lisa Noack.

About forty guests came to the Noack`s home at around lunchtime to be presented with authentic Nigerian cuisine prepared by Chinyelu Kunz, her wonderful mother Wilda and Christina Noack. Various colorful fruits, nuts, roots and vegetables were displayed. On the menu were courses ranging from organic exotic soups and curried chicken to organic vegetarian dishes and spiced rice. Chinyelu and Anna-Lisa gve information about the current state of Africa and the Nigerian culture through short presentations and speeches. Giving information on the goals of the african-rainbow foundation was also part of the program.

The majority of the foods was kindly donated by the Kimberton Whole foods.
